taking every reasonable precaution to safeguard the personal information that you
provide. Marketing Punch Ltd is registered under the Data Protection Act 1998, therefore

This statement discloses how Marketing Punch Ltd helps to protect your personal
information while using the FunPunch website (http://www.www.funpunch.com) and other
websites delivering services supplied by FunPunch.
Collected Data
Marketing Punch Ltd may collect data about you and answers to specific questions
asked by sponsors. Marketing Punch Ltd and its clients or sponsors may contact you
with offers and information through mail, telephone or e-mail, which they feel will
be of interest to you. Sponsors of FunPunch have their own privacy policies and
some have their own opt-in statements, Marketing Punch Ltd strongly recommends that
you read and understand this information. Your data together with that of other
users of FunPunch may be aggregated at postcode or other levels for the building
of statistical and analytical tables. At no time will your data be individually
identifiable in such tables.
Marketing Punch Ltd also collects non personally identifiable information such as
IP address, aggregate user data, and browser type, from members and visitors to
the site. This data is used to manage the website (http://www.FunPunch.com), track
usage and improve the website services. This non-personally-identifiable information
may be shared with third-parties to provide more relevant services and advertisements
to users. User IP addresses are recorded for security and monitoring purposes.
Registration Information
When you are registering with FunPunch you will be asked to confirm that you accept
the Terms and Conditions and this Privacy Policy. You will not be allowed to register
if you do not give confirmation. Your registration will be recorded when you click
on the Register or Send button. FunPunch may use other reputable partners to provide
its services in connection with the registration. However this will not affect your
statutory rights under the Data Protection Act. No other information will be gathered
other than that which you have completed on the registration.
Through providing this information FunPunch are then able to:

- Provide you with information about products and services in which you may be interested

Please note that the FunPunch site is designed to allow users to post photographs
and information about themselves for public review and comment. By submitting your
photograph and/or any personal information, you thereby waive any privacy expectations
you have with respect to our use of your likeness or personal information provided
to us. If you do not wish to have your picture or information about yourself viewed
or disclosed to others, do not use the FunPunch site or our service.
If you insert an image, including a photograph, into an ecard or printed card, you
must have the consent of the person whose image it is and/or the owner of that image
to use that image before it is inserted into the card/printed card, and to allow
us to store the image for use by you in future cards/printed cards. In the case
of images of children who are not capable of giving consent, you should ensure that
the relevant consent is obtained from the child's parent or guardian. We do not
accept any liability whatsoever for any image inserted by you into an card/printed
card without the consent of the person, parent or guardian and/or owner.
General disclosure of personal information
Once you register with FunPunch you consent to Marketing Punch Ltd and it's clients
being able to send you relevant communications. The collection of data by FunPunch
through registration on third party sites may lead to your data also being held
by that third party site.
Profiles and using third party sign on services
FunPunch users can send content to friends via our system and invite friends to
join the service via third-party single sign-on services (e.g., Login via Facebook).
FunPunch allows our registered members to set up unique personal profiles both directly
with FunPunch and via third party sign on services (Facebook). To enrich our users’
experience, we request and display some personal information to other visitors,
registered users and members, which allows our users to identify each other. FunPunch
stores the email addresses that users provide so that FunPunch can send notifications
authorized by users and related reminders to such email addresses.
Invitations and Other Communications to Non-users
FunPunch does not sell these email addresses or use them to send any other communication
besides those initiated by users and invitation reminders initiated by FunPunch
Recipients of emails from FunPunch may contact FunPunch to request the removal of
their information from our database by sending an email to block@FunPunch.com. This
email address can be found on the bottom of our notification emails.
Printed Cards
We use a third party company to pack and ship products ordered in the Printed Cards
section. Our fulfillment company will request details of your full name, shipping
address and recipients name to complete this transaction. Marketing Punch Ltd will
retain this data, but the fulfillment company does not retain, share, store or use
personally identifiable information for any other purposes.
Security and storage of your personal information
Marketing Punch Ltd is committed to protecting the security of your personal information.
We use a variety of security technologies and procedures to help protect your personal
information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. For example, we store
the personal information you provide on computer systems with limited access, which
are located in controlled facilities.
The Internet is not a 100% secure medium for communication and, accordingly, Marketing
Punch Ltd cannot guarantee the security of any information you send to Marketing
Punch Ltd via the Internet. Marketing Punch Ltd is not responsible for any loss
or damage you or others may suffer as a result of the loss of confidentiality of
such information.
We urge you to keep your username, password, and other account access information
in a safe place and not to divulge it to anyone. Also, remember to sign off your
account and close your browser window when you have finished your visit. This is

FunPunch may from time to time use third party suppliers to provide all or part
of a service to you. FunPunch shall only be entitled to supply such of your personal
information as is necessary to enable them to provide the relevant service to you.

outside the European Union whose laws provide for a different standard of protection
for your personal data than that provided under English law. In such circumstance
Marketing Punch Ltd will have in place contractual arrangements which will require

any third party without your prior consent, however, under certain circumstances
the force of law may require the provision of information to the legal authorities.

The FunPunch site contain links to third-party sites. Marketing Punch Ltd is not
responsible for the privacy policies and/or practices on other sites. When linking
to another site a user should read the privacy policy stated on that site. Our privacy
policy only governs information collected on the FunPunch.
Cookies
A cookie is small text-only file which is stored on your computer when visiting
a site that record preference for that particular site's usage. FunPunch uses cookies
solely to enable us to identify you when you return to the FunPunch website.
The cookie will not allow a website to learn any personally identifiable information
(such as your name and address) that you have not otherwise given to us. It's only
purpose is to make your visit to FunPunch easier and more rewarding for you.

allows FunPunch and its clients the ability to profile the recipients of their communications.
Some of our business partners (e.g. advertisers) use cookies on our site. We have
no access to or control over these cookies. It is possible to configure your web
browser to refuse cookies or to be informed if a cookie is set. We refer to the

Service Providers
We use PayPal and RBS to process payments. When you go to check out, you will be
asked to enter some personal information including banking details that are necessary
to complete your transaction. Marketing Punch Ltd does not store any of our users
banking information in our database.
These third parties are prohibited from using your personally identifiable information
for any other purpose other than providing the above-described contracted services.

in a suppression file and you will not receive any further communications from FunPunch
Marketing Punch Ltd is committed to professional and ethical Internet practices
and prohibits any e-mail spam of any kind by Marketing Punch Ltd or our Clients
and any other entities or individuals associated with us. Should you ever decide
that you don't want to receive further emails from FunPunch, all you need to do
is click on the unsubscribe link that will appear on every email that we send.
Please note that Clients are required to provide an opt-out mechanism for Website
Members to unsubscribe from future emails about the Client. Should you experience
any "e-mail spam" as a result of one of our Clients, look for the opt-out mechanism
to unsubscribe yourself and if necessary, contact us here.
Web Beacons
FunPunch website pages and emails may contain electronic images known as web beacons
- sometimes called single-pixel gifs - that allow us to count users who have visited
those pages and to determine whether messages have been opened and acted upon.
FunPunch may also employ web beacons from third parties in order to help us compile
aggregated statistics and determine the effectiveness of our promotional campaigns.
We prohibit web beacons on our sites from being used by third parties to collect
or access your personal information.
Finally, we may work with other companies that advertise on the FunPunch website
to place web beacons on their sites in order to allow us to determine the effectiveness
promotional campaigns.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
FunPunch will occasionally update this Privacy Policy. When we do, we will also
revise the "last updated" date at the top and bottom of the Privacy Policy. FunPunch
will obtain your opt-in consent for any updates to this Privacy Policy that materially
